Janitorial quality control checklist
This is the working checklist behind MopLogic: the exact area-by-area list a cleaner runs on the phone each visit, and the supervisor scores weekly. Every line is written so the check is visible in a photo. If you cannot prove it from the doorway, it does not count.
A supervisor scores each area 1 through 5 on the weekly walk-through: 1 means redo tonight, 2 means below standard, 3 meets the contract, 4 is above, 5 is the standard you photograph for training. Scores under 3 generate a fix list with a date.

- Floor mat is flat, dry, and vacuumed with edges visible

- Trash bins emptied, liners replaced only when soiled or full

How this checklist becomes proof
Run on paper, this list is a hope. Run in MopLogic, every checked area carries a photo and a timestamp, the supervisor's weekly 1 to 5 score sits next to the cleaner's own checks, and at month end the client gets the proof report. See what to show when a client claims work was missed.
Our inspection form carries this same area list with score boxes for the supervisor.
