Effective on publication. These terms cover this validation website and the free downloads on it. Using the site means you accept them.

What this site is

This is a validation site for a product that is not launched yet. Everything here, including prices and product descriptions, describes what we plan to build. Nothing is sold and nothing is charged on this site. The prices shown (29 dollars a month up to 10 client sites, 49 dollars a month up to 25 sites) are planned subscription prices for the future product, not charges.

Free downloads

• The PDFs on this site are provided as is, free, for your own business use.
• You may print them and use them in your own company. You may not resell them, repost them on another site, or bundle them into a product you sell.
• No claim is made that any checklist or form satisfies a law, a contract clause, or a certification. There is no cleaning mandate that requires these forms, and MopLogic never certifies cleaning quality.
• The sample client proof report is a mock with fake data (a fake company and a fake client) shown to demonstrate layout. It proves nothing about a real site.

What MopLogic is and is not

MopLogic is proof and quality records only: per-visit photo checklists, supervisor scores, a monthly proof report, and an issue log. It does not do scheduling, invoicing, or payroll. It does not certify cleaning quality and does not replace a supervisor. Records help you answer a client's question; they do not guarantee a contract outcome, a renewal, or a rebid win.

Your responsibilities as a customer

• You stay responsible for your own legal duties: the laws that apply to your business in your state, your contracts with your clients, and your own record retention policies.
• You are responsible for telling your employees that visit records, timestamps, and work area photos are collected before you use the product. See the sample staff notice in our photo and privacy rules.
• You are responsible for getting your client's permission to take work area photos on their premises. See the sample client permission language on the same page.
• You must follow the photo rules: no photos of people, no photos in restrooms, locker rooms, exam rooms, or any space where people expect privacy, and no photos of personal items, documents, screens, or private information.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or the product to break the law or to collect information you have no right to collect.
• Do not upload photos of people, private spaces, or anyone's private information.
• Do not try to access other customers' accounts or records, and do not interfere with the site's operation.
• We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Intellectual property

The site's text, the checklist wording, and the PDFs are original work owned by MopLogic. The name MopLogic and the site's design are ours. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. The limited right you get is the one in Free downloads above: use the PDFs in your own business.

Limitation, in plain words

This site and the downloads are free, and they come with no warranties. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on what is on this site, for disputes with your clients or employees, or for any indirect or consequential losses. If a court finds us liable for something despite this, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us, which for this free validation site is zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
